Our Story

Lifelong friends building healthier work lives

Ethan Beller and Nathanial Gaul grew up side by side, cheering each other on through every new venture. Ethan ran scrappy independent businesses. Nate poured his energy into mission-driven nonprofits. Different paths, same pattern: packed calendars, skipped meals, and a constant tug of responsibility that made rest feel like a luxury.

After years of trading burnout stories, they decided to build what they both needed: an intelligent companion that keeps ambitious people grounded, hydrated, and human. Ezro.AI helps you plan, pause, and perform—with compassion baked in.

Diverse experience, shared vision

Ethan brings a builder's instinct from running independent businesses. Nate brings the heart and systems-thinking of his nonprofit leadership. Together they know hustle and heart must coexist.

Why Ezro.AI exists

Both struggled to manage schedules, disconnect, and take care of themselves while driving impact. Ezro.AI helps anyone with a high-drive career live a healthy, happy, effective, and efficient work life.

What drives us today

We want workers to have tools that protect their wellbeing without sacrificing their goals. Every feature is a reminder that ambition and rest can share the same calendar.

People-first design

Every workflow starts with interviews, not dashboards. Nathaniel obsesses over inclusive rituals that work whether you are hybrid, remote, or on-site.

Wellbeing meets performance

Ethan codes the intelligence layer, balancing ethical AI with evidence-based habit loops so healthy teams can also hit aggressive targets.

Shared impact

We donate 1% of revenue to community mental health partners and publish transparency notes each quarter.

Why we built Ezro.AI

We believe every organization can be ambitious without burning out the humans who power it. Ezro.AI blends coaching, automation, and culture design so healthier practices become the default—not an afterthought.

Community advisory board

Team members from cooperative businesses, unions, and employee resource groups provide quarterly feedback so Ezro.AI stays pro-worker by design.

Privacy we can stand behind

Individual wellness signals stay personal by default. Leaders only see aggregated trends, never someone's private reflections.

Meet Nathaniel & Ethan

Nathaniel Gaul leads product and partnerships. He previously scaled people programs at mission-driven startups and believes team rituals should be co-created, not dictated.

Ethan Beller heads engineering and research. He champions transparent AI that augments, never replaces, the human judgement of managers and teammates.

Together, they are building Ezro.AI as a collective effort with customers, practitioners, and workers who want better ways to thrive at work.
